We want you to love your Booklette grip. If you don't — for any reason — return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

1. Email hello@booklette.co with your order number and a brief reason.
2. We'll send you a return label (free for US customers).
3. Ship the grip back to us in its original packaging.
4. We refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Final-sale items (clearance, limited drops marked "Final Sale") are not eligible for return.

Damaged or defective items

If your grip arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return required.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
